Quality is everywhere and is in everything. For me, dealing with this not only technically, but also philosophically, is what makes it so appealing.

Common sense is what we want to introduce and implement, and my experience is that this is lacking everywhere. So just make it simple, even if it is complicated or complex systems.

PDCA – plan, do, check, act – and do it consequently and with discipline; it´s so simple, we just have to do it.
