Statistical Process Control (SPC) is a continuous accompanying monitoring of manufacturing processes by recording all key figures relevant to product quality. SPC provides the basic data for the detection of weak points and thus the prerequisite for the continuous improvement of the respective production processes. Both quantitative and qualitative characteristics of a product or a process can be monitored.
